“Terrible service, the manager was rude and unprofessional. Blamed everything on Booking.com Put me on the other side of the hotel away from my family and children. When they were at a low capacity. Very disappointed with the attitude of some of the staff.”

“Generally a lovely ambience. Staff very friendly but service could be better. Over the course of our week stay, breakfast and coffee orders were forgotten, cutlery taken away with plates but not replaced. We found our room door was left ajar by room service staff. We gave feedback but left with the impression it won’t be taken into account or make a difference.”
