“The hotel amenities were excellent.The staff were rude and stereotyped our group as we were a hockey team.We were very mellow for a hockey group but we felt our kids were targeted by staff.They were yelled at for walking quickly in the hall at 3pm or for playing outside in the early evening.As a "stay and play" guest it was not very welcoming.As a hotel if you don't want to deal with hockey families then don't be part of the "stay and play" hotel group.”

“Friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities, but your gym game is weak.First off… the gym is tiny. Second, no free weights. Third, no weight bench. And finally… I’m not sure if one of your staff is wiping the handles off of the different machine apparatuses but the handles had a weird oily film on them. Two days in a row I wiped them with a moist towelette and then the next time I came in they were covered in it again. Since this a Hilton hotel I ’ve come accustomed to certain amenities, and this hotels gym did not have them.”
