My complaint does not have anything to do with the actual room itself. The room was clean and there was nothing wrong with it. Except that our safe didn’t work, but that was handled. My complaint is with management and how utterly disorganized they are with bride & groom room blocks. Communication was awful! I was constantly told one thing, just to be dealing with something other than I was told. Management was always preoccupied and was never able to dedicate full attention to any one matter. With rooms still available I asked if they could extend the wedding group rate to a bridal party members and they refused to do so because it wasn’t within their time frame. My husband, the groom, was denied early check in which forced us to purchase an extra nights stay only to arrive and find out they would have given it to him. Paying with either cash or credit was another issue. Sorry to say that They cannot seem to get their act together and Annie Chen should not be running the management of that establishment. This part of my wedding was the only thorn in my side. Not worth the aggravation.

We really enjoyed booking and staying at Hampton Inn Old Bridge! We used their accommodations for our wedding room block. The booking process was convenient and simple to use. Annie and her staff went above and beyond for us and our guests. Annie was so supportive throughout the booking process. She answered all of my questions and was very responsive with phone and email communication. We greatly appreciated their kindness, timeliness and professionalism.

Hotel is definitely worth staying at. NO Business Center! Looks as tho it's the owners personal office. Rooms very clean. Front desk lobby area eating area all areas very clean. I never once smelled the now all too common marijuana smell. Breakfast was very good. Many different options. The only reason I didn't give four stars on service is because I couldn't print my boarding pass. Usually all other hotels print it at the front desk if business center not working but they refused. Pool is closed. Gym is opened. The area is secure

I was interested to stay here because I find Hampton Inn’s to be pretty good for the price and the fact this hotel was just built. Hotel was very clean, and organized when I arrived. Room was nice, but the new thermostat system simply doesn’t work. It’s garbage. Like an actual joke. They refused to clean my room for five days because of COVID. It’s 2022 guys. Get over it and change the sheets, I had to ask for new towels each night with dirty laundry piled on the bathroom floor starting to smell. The drainage in the shower was made by the same person who designed the thermostat. Horrible. Non existent. Like standing in a bath tub. Fire alarm went off my second night at the hotel at 3:47 AM. Turned off after four minutes. No apology. No discount offered. Juice machine at breakfast was broken all five days I was there. This hotel is less than a year old. Not cool. The guests who stayed in the hotel with me seemed like good, decent people. No scum, homeless or suspicious people inside or in the parking area. This is my totally honest review. I’m perplexed if I would stay here again, or dare risk staying somewhere else that could be a LOT worse.

O nosso quarto estava frio todas as noites ao voltar à noite. Fomos informados por vários funcionários do hotel que isso se deve ao sistema de aquecimento que reduz automaticamente a temperatura do quarto quando ninguém está presente. Várias noites foi 66 graus quando voltamos (tenho fotos do termostato) para o quarto. Por que então ter um termostato em tudo. Foi solicitado por um membro da equipe que eu ligasse o termostato ao entrar na sala e esperasse de 15 a 20 minutos para a sala aquecer. Tivemos que fazer isso algumas vezes com nossos casacos! Precisávamos ficar nesta área ou eu teria ido embora. Liguei para outro Hampton a cerca de 20 minutos de distância e expliquei o que eu estava passando e só queria saber se eles tinham o mesmo tipo de sistema e não, mas claramente já ouviram falar sobre isso antes.Eu entendo que o problema que encontrei não tinha nada a ver com a equipe do hotel e é totalmente um problema corporativo. Eu não vou ficar neste hotel nunca mais!

Proporcioné bolsas de bienvenida para mis invitados que se entregaron de forma gratuita en el check-in. Our room was cold every night upon returning in the evening. We were told by several hotel staff that this is due to the heating system automatically reducing the temperature of the room when no one is present. Several nights it was 66 degrees when we returned (I have photos of the thermostat) to the room. Why then have a thermostat at all. It was requested by a staff member that I turn up the thermostat upon entering the room and just waiting 15-20 minutes for the room to warm up. We had to do this a few times with our coats on! We needed to stay in this area or I would have been gone. I called another Hampton about 20 minutes away and explained what I was going through and just wanted to know if they had the same type of system and they do not but clearly they had heard about this before.I do understand that the issue I encountered had nothing to due with the hotel staff and is totally a corporate problem I will not be staying at this hotel ever again !

Annie, the General Manager was very helpful with assisting with the room block. From the time I inquired about a room block to our departure we received excellent customer service. The hotel is brand new and very clean! I provided welcome bags for my guests that were handed out complimentary at check in. The complimentary breakfast was perfect for my wedding guests to enjoy the morning after the wedding. There is ample amount of parking and it was within minutes of my wedding venue which made this stay very convenient. This hotel is exactly what Old Bridge needed! The only downside to this hotel was that the elevators were faulty. A couple of my guests got stuck on the elevator and had to yell through the doors for help. The second elevator remained out of order for the whole stay. I was told that a piece of equipment was ordered and they scheduled maintenance to correct the issue. All in all, I highly recommend The Hampton Inn in Old Bridge, NJ!

Annie the manager was wonderful!! She really Made my families extended stay such a pleasure. Nancy at the front desk was also very friendly and We really enjoyed seeing her during our comings and goings. Also the two breakfast ladies were very outgoing and even knew how we liked our coffee. If I could have given more stars I would. The staff really made the entire stay very enjoyable. The entire hotel was spotless and all our needs were taken care of. Thank you for making our time there a very pleasant one.
