Hampton Inn is always a great place to stay when I’m on the road. What made this visit even better was the politeness and attention from Darrell Abney who was working the front desk when I arrived after a long day in the car. Darrell did a great job quickly checking me into the hotel and also recognizing me and acknowledging me later that same day and the next. Outstanding job, Mr. Abney. Thank you!

I had better expectations from the Hamptons. The King size bed was quite uncomfortable (I checked it out while my travel partner was pooping). I chose the pullout queen bed couch transformer where the cleaning staff had balled up the sheets quite comfortably. There were no pillows for the pullout and unfortunately, by the time I'd discovered the lack of pillows, my travel mare had already exposed most of his partially naked body to the 200 count pillow covers. Luckily I had an old coat for a pillow and used my queen transformer for less than average sleep. The shower was amazing and water pressure deflaked my skin and turned my average 12 minute shower excursion to an efficient 6 minutes. Toilet was comfortable and ended up being a great place to poop. Staff was super professional at the desk. Very appreciative

Stayed here for a couple nights for work and I'm happy I did. The service is great and the rooms are really clean. There are restaurants and shops about 1.5-2 miles away so that was nice. The breakfast in the morning was ok (potatoes had an odd texture). The beds are a tad firmer than what I like, but they have really nice fluffy pillows.

It was a joke. The staff are rude and very disrespectful don’t recommend staying there. They charge my card twice and said they can’t do nothing about it.

This was a few overnights for a business trip. The location was fantastic, just west of the city (lower room taxes also) with easy access to US50. The hotel was super clean, modern and quiet. Being a Hilton Honors Gold member, Regina at the desk upgraded me (Thank you Regina) to 317. Nice large room, mini fridge and microwave, cold AC and super comfortable king bed. The morning breakfast was great, eggs, potatoes, bacon/sausage as well as waffles, oatmeal, toast, bagels, cereals, large selection of fresh fruit (both cut/mixed and whole to go). The orange juice tasted like orange juice (I've been places it tastes nasty, just horrible). All the staff I spoke with were very polite and friendly! Housekeeping did an amazing job... this Hilton property ranks in the top of my 'will stay again' locations. Everything was clean and worked as it should, no funny smells either. Great job!!!

Rude Staff - Racist and Disrespectful

I have never been treated so poorly at a hotel. I will not patronize this establishment ever again. Darrell was extremely rude in the manner in which he communicates with black customers versus white.
