O quarto foi comprado de um membro da família que colocou as informações do meu namorado como hóspede, mas seu cartão foi arquivado como presente de aniversário para mim. Ela também autorizou por telefone e por meio de papelada online ao fazer a reserva de que ele estava autorizado a fazer o check-in e pegar a chave para que pudesse montar um cenário romântico. Infelizmente, tive que saber da surpresa antes mesmo de entrar na sala e me atrasar para um evento no meu aniversário, porque a gerente Amy e a trabalhadora Sara decidiram que ela ainda tinha que estar presente e não entregaria a chave para meu namorado. Fiquei sabendo que a gerente Amy exibia uma atitude não apenas com meu familiar e namorado, mas também com outro casal que acabou de sair e ir para outro hotel. Depois de ficar a primeira noite. Quando estávamos saindo para as atividades, fui buscar clareza da situação com o gerente, que então me deu atitude e tentou me exagerar. Ao voltar para trocar de roupa e ir para outra festa de aniversário, a casa não tinha vindo ao nosso quarto. Tivemos que trocar nossos próprios lençóis, nos quais descobrimos que havia sangue seco de outra pessoa no próprio colchão. Não me ofereceram um quarto novo nem um desconto de qualquer tipo. Nem a equipe enviou a limpeza para consertar nenhum dos problemas. Não vou ficar neste hotel novamente nem recomendo, especialmente se você está reservando para ser uma surpresa. Para não falar das paredes finas como papel que permitiam ouvir os vizinhos acima de nós e vizinhos tendo relações e rangendo as camas mesmo com a televisão ligada.”

“After notifying the front desk in the morning, my clogged shower had not been attended to that evening when I returned. No one had even been to my room. I had mopped up the floor myself with the bathroom towels. My towels weren't replaced either. This motel is not a particularly good value. It's approximately 60% higher price than other Hampton Inns in the area. Sure, it's downtown. But the lack of service makes it not worth the price. Breakfast was good.”
