“I used to enjoy coming and staying at this hotel. After my most recent stay, it’s gone downhill. The receptionist was unfriendly and stayed on her personal phone while checking us in. The hot tub didn’t work. There weren’t even any towels in the pool area. The ice machines were broken. The pillows in the rooms were so flat it felt they had been slept on by guests for a few years. For a Hilton honors hotel, I was left extremely disappointed. Spend your money elsewhere. This place was awful.”

“Never again….as a Hilton Honors member I can’t believe that this is a Hilton Hotel. Staff was rude and they will charge you $150.00 for incidentals when you check in, which far exceeds the price of the room, so they basically treat you like a criminal as they have no restaurant or anything monetary that you would actually charge to the room. A quick check on your honors account would show them that your travel often and stay at Hilton hotels with no incidents but their response is “that’s the way it’s done and we can’t change it”. I wish I had read all the other reviews before booking here…. There are many other nice hotels in this area so I would try somewhere else…… this is not up to Hilton standards.”
