It's right off the highway, the rooms themselves are nice and a free breakfast included but the area is less than desirable (I met the police on routine patrol while checking in) would not recommend for single women or families.

Como um viajante frequente, posso dizer que Marie na recepção foi honestamente um dos melhores representantes da recepção que encontrei! Me senti acolhida durante o check-in e ela também conseguiu consertar um contratempo que tive com meu quarto! Realmente espero que todos tenham a chance de conhecer Marie ao fazer o check-in.

Estubimos 3 días sin servicio de limpieza..eso no me gustó!

As a frequent traveler I can say Marie at the front desk was honestly one of the best front desk reps I have come across! I felt welcomed during check in and she was also able to fix a mishap I had with my room! Truly hope everyone gets the chance to meet Marie when checking in.

We checked in on Thursday,July 14th 2022. My family and I acquired 4 rooms.The first night I called down to the front desk and informed them that the television remote wasn't working and asked for batteries or a different remote (The volume was super loud And we couldn't turn it down). I was told that there were no batteries..... no solutions! So we were unable to utilize the television options the entire stay!! Then on Sunday (Day 4) of no housekeeping, sprucing, freshening, etc I went down to the front desk where there was an older Asian woman working to ask for toilet paper 🧻since the 2 half rolls that greeted us on Thursday were now gone.As I walked up the phone rang,she answered and I could tell that whatever they were asking of her was bothersome to her and she abruptly told the caller,Um you'll have to hold because I have to help some in front of me!!... I guess she was hoping that my issue would be easily resolved.... I greeted her and said,"We are out of toilet paper in room 3_5. Can I have more please?" She responded," I have to see if I have any. " I said ok and she walked away..... Upon her empty-handed return, without a concern in the world, she gives me a 'welp' filled shrug and says.... "We don't have any toilet paper. " to which I respond.... "Ummm ohhhh ok. Soooo how can I get some? What does this mean for me?". Ms Ma'am responds (now frustrated with me like the caller that's still on hold) " I don't know! I don't have any!" With mouth ajar, I just look at her stunned then I try to explain "we have been here since Friday and no one has even checked on the rooms and now I need toilet paper and you telling me...oh well?!" Now she's really upset!! And there's an older gentleman that has arrived to check in and a group of 4-5 young men also waiting.So now she puts me on hold as abruptly as the caller that's still holding,to tell me she needs to help the people in front of her!! Just like she told the caller because clearly whenever she presented with a situation that flusters her she moves on to another task!!! I'm still standing there stunned and now I'm upset too!! So she walks off,goes in the back and comes back with an open box of kleenex and says "Here you can use this!!"In the end,I ended up going across to the market and buying a roll of toilet paper.So if you're going to be visiting this Fairfield.....pack your own supplies including batteries and toilet paper!! **sorry so long**

O café da manhã de cortesia é muito decepcionante, especialmente porque o restaurante é um IHOP !!!Ou é suco de laranja 🍊 ou café, mas não os dois ... as panquecas não eram muito boas e a salsicha era gordurosa os ovos mexidos eram comestíveisEsta NÃO é a qualidade do café da manhã que estou esperando como convidado de honra de quatro décadas do Marriott

Eu solicitei especificamente um chuveiro roll-in, sem banheira. Faço check-in no horário normal, entro no meu quarto e tenho um chuveiro acessível na banheira. Liguei para a recepção e perguntei se o tipo de quarto que solicitei estava disponível e tive que esperar 20 minutos. Eles não me ofereceram nenhum desconto ou quarto gratuito. Eu sou membro do Marriott Bonvoy há anos e não ter quartos acessíveis disponíveis o tempo todo é desnecessário. Graças a Deus que foi uma mudança rápida e eu não sou a pessoa com deficiência, mas meu parceiro é e ele não poderia tomar banho com segurança quando chegasse depois do trabalho.

I specifically requested a roll in shower, no tub. I check in at regular time, get in my room and I have an accessible tub shower. I call front desk and asked if the type of room i requested was available and I had to wait for 20 minutes. They didn't offer me any discount or free room. I've been with Marriott bonvoy membership for years and not having accessible rooms available at all times is uncalled for. Thank goodness that it was a quick switch and I'm not the disabled person but my partner is and he wouldn't been able to shower safely when he arrived after work.

The complimentary breakfast is very disappointing especially since their restaurant is an IHOP !!! It's either orange 🍊 juice or coffee but not both... the pancakes were not very good and the sausage was greasy the scrambled eggs were edible This is NOT the breakfast quality that I am expecting as a four decade honored guest of Marriott

Eu fiquei aqui antes. Eu vou ficar novamente. Check-in fácil, check-out fácil. Pessoal agradável. Bom serviço ao cliente. Estacionamento grátis! Conectado ao IHOP. 5 minutos para a tigela de mistura 3 -4 rodovia ls mesclar. Segundos para I-395. Eu recomendaria.

I've stayed here before. I will stay again. Easy check in, easy check out. Pleasant staff. Good customer service. FREE Parking! Connected to IHOP. 5 Minutes to the mixing bowl 3 -4 highway ls merge. Seconds to I-395. I would recommend.

Ficar aqui por quase quatro semanas. Hotel é limpo e confortável. Equipe vai acima e além para acomodar o nosso grupo e foi rápido para a resolver problemas. Marie nos cumprimenta com um sorriso e está sempre pronto para ajudar. No entanto, esta manhã, Marie sacrificou sua própria chávena de café para mim quando o café estação secou. Falar sobre serviço ao cliente!

Staying here for nearly four weeks. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff goes above and beyond to accommodate our group and was quick to resolve issues. Marie greets us with a smile and is always ready to help. However, this morning, Marie sacrificed her own fresh cup of coffee for me when the coffee station ran dry. Talk about customer service!

Fizemos o check-in por volta de 1h15. O auditor noturno foi rude e não teve atendimento ao cliente. Ela perguntou como posso ajudá-lo, depois de ter uma conversa de 10 minutos com o cara na frente dele. Nenhum serviço ao cliente. Ela nos deu nossas chaves, não identificou o número do nosso quarto, não nos deu informações claras sobre o café da manhã, visto que é no IHOP. Ela não nos disse sobre estacionamento ou como chegar ao nosso quarto. Quando perguntamos, ela disse que poderíamos estacionar em qualquer lugar e depois apontou para os elevadores. Provavelmente seria melhor para ela trabalhar como doméstica; lavanderia, onde ela não terá que interagir com o público em geral, ela é um rosto inicial horrível para a marca Marriott. No sábado de manhã, pedimos toalhas de rosto às 10, fomos informados de que não havia no momento. Quando perguntado quanto tempo seria, fomos informados talvez cerca de 12. Quero dizer, este lugar está faltando atendimento ao cliente em todos os lugares. A manhã cara da recepção foi bastante agradável.

We checked in around 1:15a. The night auditor was rude and had no customer service. She asked how can I help you, after having a 10 min conversation with the guy in front of is. No customer service at all. She gave us our keys, didn't identify our room number, she didn't give us clear information about breakfast, seeing it's at IHOP. She didn't tell us about parking or how to get to our room. When we asked, she said we could park anywhere and then she pointed to the elevators. It would probably be better for her to work in housekeeping; laundry, where she won't have to interact with the general public, she is a horrible initial face for the Marriott Brand. On Saturday morning we called for face cloths at 10, we were informed that they're were none at the moment. When asked how long it would be we were told maybe around 12. I mean this place is missing customer service everywhere. The morning front desk guy was pleasant enough.

Como todos los hoteles de esta cadena la atención buena y las habitaciones muy limpias y desinteresadas.

Muy mal atencion por parte de la persona que nos atendio..

Excelent hotel.Lo único que hay una chica que atiende las noches en el front desk que ha sido una pesada con nuestro grupo de trabajo las dos últimas veces que hemos venido al hotel... ya la próxima vez que la joven nos atienda con desgano y actitud iremos a buscar otro hotel.

Muy acogedor solo que el desayuno debe tener más opciones es lo mismo todo los días a pesar que esta incluido solo da la opción de un pequeño vaso del líquido que tomes todo bien restringido ,para ser perfecto deben tener un desayuno más amplio en diversidad.

The friendly front desk staff took the time to research the possibility of upgrading my room and I scored a King Suite! Pros: The hotel is close to dining, Walmart, Target and the Maryland/DC area...

Recently stayed at this hotel for the weekend. June 4 -6 2022. Nice breakfast, very courteous staff who go out of their way to help with directions. Rooms were very clean. No maid cleaning daily...
