“Viajamos con nuestros hijos con 2 habitaciones. Un hermoso hotel y habitaciones y ropa de cama de muy buena calidad. Buena comida en el servicio de comedor en la habitación pero precios muy altos como es de esperar en este tipo de hoteles. El servicio fue justo, las bebidas de la piscina eran horribles y las devolvimos sin beberlas, notamos que otros hicieron lo mismo, no las bebieron. El gimnasio es bueno y la piscina era agradable con una gran área para niños. A poca distancia de la embajada de los Estados Unidos y otros restaurantes cercanos. El personal del hotel es un poco grosero y snob. Con la excepción del personal del desayuno que fue muy educado y servicial. Nos dijeron que no podíamos comer nuestra comida para llevar en la sala de estar del vestíbulo después de haber terminado la mitad. Querían que comiéramos en un área remota en otro nivel, cuando solo buscábamos salir de la habitación por la que nuestros hijos dormían la siesta. El gerente fue instantáneo y perdió suficiente tiempo discutiéndolo que la comida estaba fría al final de la conversación. El valet me dijo que nos limpiaría el vehículo ya las 10 a. m. del día siguiente, cuando lo recogí a las 2 p. m. no estaba limpio y actuó como si nunca me hubiera dicho que lo haría por mí. La salida no tenía personal mientras que 3 invitados esperaban solo para mirar a dos empleados que estaban cerca sin hacer nada. Una vez que la dama llegó para ayudarnos a pagar, parecía muy ignorante y tuve que hacer muchas preguntas sobre las facturas en lugar de que ella solo me lo explicara. Me entregó la cuenta y dijo aquí. Cuando le hice preguntas sobre el reembolso del depósito de 10,000, ella parecía confundida y un poco grosera y estirada. No es una experiencia agradable.”

“This hotel was just amazing. We have stayed at some really nice hotels. The Park Hyatt in Paris. The Waldorf in Jerusalem.I could go on. This hotel is on par with these and more. With diamond status we had access to the lounge and an amazing international breakfast for free. We had 25% off all purchases including at their Chinese restaurant which by American standards was incredibly reasonable. The service was just unbelievable. Including the weekday massage I received at a discount as well. The hotel rooms and view we had were just beautiful. The lounge had tea time cocktail hour and snacks all day long. There was a similar and smaller breakfast in the lounge that was a bit less busy than their main breakfast downstairs. The service across the board was just amazing. I don't think I'd ever stay in any hotel other than this one if we come back to bangkok. Even the shuttle which ran quite frequently to the nearest bus station was lovely. I am beyond impressed by everything we experienced at this hotel.”
