“Not the best, but not the worst, either. I don't ask for much. I just need a bed, a toilet, and a fridge. The room I had was small, but, I don't need a giant room, anyway. Came into town for an event at the Vic. I didn't bring much. In fact, first time in a long time I've brought just a backpack's worth if stuff. Liked the location for its proximity to walking anywhere and being in the midst of a lot of shops and restaurants. Parking was across from the Vic, so, that was fine. Was a little surprised to have snacks on the dresser and a stocked mini fridge, as I usually bring my own drinks and was expecting to put my own stuff and food in the fridge. So... that was something that subtracted from the trip a touch. I was able to walk to and from a favourite pizza establishment in 10 minutes to enjoy it in my room. So, that was a definite plus. It does seem like the people that come to this hotel are noisy. But I come prepared with earplugs, an under-pillow bed shaker alarm hooked up to my phone's bluetooth, so, that wasn't THAT much of an issue. I didn't hear them and could get sound sleep. I wouldn't mind staying here again, since it IS close to a lot of great places to visit. But maybe they should enforce a silence rule. (you would think people would understand that a hotel is supposed to be a place to get some sleep... not a place to make a racket!) But anyway...aside of all of that, I actually had a pleasant stay and it was nice to know that my car was parked in a nearby garage that was safe and nothing was going to happen to it...and I didn't have to drive anywhere, which saved me time and money.”

Pisos rangentes e eu podia ouvir os convidados andando acima de mim, mas acho que isso é esperado em um prédio antigo. Fiquei desapontado com a forma como o estacionamento é tratado. O hotel tem apenas um número limitado de etiquetas de estacionamento com desconto que permitem que você estacione na garagem. Até tivemos dificuldade em sair da garagem porque o leitor de cartão de crédito não funcionava. Tive que pagar a diária total de $ 40. Nós também fomos cobrados por uma garrafa de água que não tiramos do quarto. Tive de ligar para o hotel para saber o motivo dessa cobrança e solicitar o reembolso.
