“very disappointed in this hotel. the rooms are so tiny! the bed is hard and the linens feel very cheap/scratchy. the outlets are on the other side of the room from the bed so you can't charge your phone or laptop while you are on the bed. I am breast pumping for my baby so I like to lay on the bed while pumping but had to sit at a desk and pump because where the outlet is located. I called the front desk to ask for an extension cord and they said they don't have one- so i had to go buy one at cvs. I took a shower (its a very tiny shower in a very tiny bathroom) and the whole bathroom flooded. there is no drain in the bathroom floor so the water is just standing. the room is very minimalist and looks like cheap materials were used. No full length mirror in the room. the room feels cold, sterile, creepy - not comfy, copying or welcoming. the pros are - it is brand new, clean and has a large well equipped gym and nice spacious lobby; good location and price. No hay espejo de cuerpo entero en la habitación. la habitación se siente fría, estéril, espeluznante, no cómoda, copiada o acogedora. las ventajas son: es completamente nuevo, limpio y tiene un gran gimnasio bien equipado y un vestíbulo espacioso y agradable; buena ubicación y precio. Yo no me quedaría aquí otra vez.”

“I was looking for an affordable stay in Chicago for one night, and came across this hotel. I’ve never been to Chicago so I had no clue about the location, though I could tell it’s in the center of things. I didn’t know it was just freshly opened, so really had no expectations… Boy were we delighted to find out it was so awesome! First- it’s a stunning hotel. The decor and design are all top notch, super chic and cool, we absolutely loved it. It’s a self check in desk and there’s a staff member there to help you in case you need it. Super quick and easy. The room was kinda futuristic- we personally liked it a lot! It’s small, but has a huge king size bed, that was really comfy. The room l controls (lights, AC etc.) are controlled by a tablet that’s on your room desk. We didn’t wanna leave, and I kept taking pics of the hotel. The location is SUPERB. Right next to EVERYTHING. We went everywhere by foot, and all the best bars and restaurants were there. So great, I am actually waiting to go back again! Super rápido e fácil. O quarto era meio futurista - nós pessoalmente gostamos muito! É pequeno, mas tem uma cama king size enorme, que era muito confortável. Os controles do quarto l (luzes, AC etc.) são controlados por um tablet que fica na mesa do seu quarto. Nós não queríamos sair, e eu continuei tirando fotos do hotel. A localização é EXCELENTE. Ao lado de TUDO. Nós íamos a todos os lugares a pé, e todos os melhores bares e restaurantes estavam lá. Tão grande, estou realmente esperando para voltar novamente!”
