“From the moment we stepped out of the taxi we were greeted with a smile comfort and luxury, (for Cartagena at least) the check-in process with Ana at reception was a breeze we were given a welcoming drink and shown to our room, the room was just as described and expected very clean, hot water and a/c, the staff remembers your name throughout your stay and makes sure your every need is met, we were helped to have a lab to our room to take the Covid-19 test so we didn't have to go look anywhere else, the pool has some of the best views of the old city; breakfast was included with our stay and their selection is magnificent, so many choices and delicious, the whole atmosphere at this hotel is just so peaceful, relaxing and safe. We truly loved our stay at this hotel.”
