We loved this hotel and our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is large and has lots of things to explore. Beautiful sparkling pools, restaurants, bars, a spa, walking trails, and the wifi isn't terrible. Both my husband and I made Zoom calls for work with video and had decent connectivity. The staff is friendly and speak English, which is handy for those without a grasp on Spanish. Overall, we loved our stay here.

I really liked the hotel. I was a little disappointed because I asked for a quiet room on a high floor, months in of my stay, and instead of giving me a quiet room they placed me on the ground floor between the lobby and the bar. It was not really very quiet. I don't know why they chose to do that, it could have been because I was spending points instead of paying cash. But, what's the point of having a point system if you penalize people who use them. As I said the view is amazing. The hotel is right by the airport, so getting to the airport was super easy. They had a free shuttle. And the room itself was beautiful and comfortable. In any case, everything about my experience, except for the noise, was pretty good. I really like the views. I really like the structure of the hotel. It was so pretty there. The people were pretty nice too. If they're giving me a quiet room, it would have been a five out of five. All of that said, I would stay there again, if I were heading to Costa Rica. I would just be very very clear about my expectations before I arrive at the hotel. Take a look at the photos, you'll see what I mean about the beauty of the hotel.

Outstanding stay. All of the staff is exceptional! The bellmen, Roy and Carlos noticed a low tire on my rental car. After checking with me, they contacted the rental car company and arranged for a replacement car. All with no effort or inconvenience on my part. Everyone else was courteous and welcoming at all times. Good Job! Thanks!

My daughter and I booked our first trip to Costa Rica and we were pleasantly surprised at the friendliness, kindness, professionalism and love we received. From the time we checked on at the first desk, to the bell hop bringing our bags to our room. We had a phenomenal breakfast experience. I need to shout out Veronica , Martha, Caleb and Antonio. Antonio made us laugh so hard, it shifted my whole mood. Then the GM Dennis came over to our table in the Executive Lounge to greet us. This is what I call phenomenal customer service. We will be back again.

We stayed at this hotel for 3nights, and it was an overall wonderful experience. Oscar at their Hacienda Restaurant and Alexander, the Bellman were superb in their customer service. The hotel is well located near Dollar Rental where we rented our car from, and only about half hour to the airport. Very relaxing ambience with great restaurant options. We tried all the restaurants and the food was just delicious from the presentation to the natural ingredients and yummy taste! I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to all of our family and friends. Pura Vida!
