“We stayed at the Condado Plaza Hilton from 12/20/21-12/27/21. We booked this particular hotel with the understanding that there were 9 restaurants within the hotel and that this was going to be very much a resort like experience. However, once we arrived, we were shocked to find out that six of the nine restaurants were no longer open. None of this was communicated to us, by either the travel agency or the hotel itself. But not only were there only three restaurants available, only one was actually open and staffed.The hotel had a clearly stated mask policy for guests and staff and yet they did not enforce it all. Guests were rude and defiant about being masked indoors and would refuse to obey the limit inside the single operating elevator (one was out of service).The manager of the hotel yelled at my children for being in the hot tub, even though children had been in the hot tub all week. When we spoke to him, he denied it and was incredibly rude about it. Later on that evening, they closed the hot tub early, when we asked to speak to a manager about why, Jose, refused to speak with us and said the hours were posted on a sign out front. However, we couldn’t find a sign. We were not the only guests who were upset about the hot tub and the manager would not come out of the office and speak to anyone.The hotel lost power one evening and we could not get food or water that night. The generator kicked back on but the vending machines were empty and the restaurant was out of water and wasn’t operating. The following day the restaurant wasn’t open and we had to walk over a mile to find somewhere with power to get food and drink. The concierge had no idea what was open and had no idea how to provide for the guests. Overall our experience was terrible and I will never stay at a Hilton property for the rest of my life.”

“Ficamos no Condado Plaza Hilton de 20/12/21 a 27/12/21. Reservamos este hotel em particular com o entendimento de que havia 9 restaurantes dentro do hotel e que isso seria muito mais um resort como experiência. No entanto, quando chegamos, ficamos chocados ao descobrir que seis dos nove restaurantes não estavam mais abertos. Nada disso nos foi comunicado, nem pela agência de viagens nem pelo próprio hotel. Mas não só havia apenas três restaurantes disponíveis, como apenas um estava realmente aberto e com funcionários.O hotel tinha uma política de máscara claramente declarada para hóspedes e funcionários e, no entanto, eles não aplicavam tudo. Os hóspedes eram rudes e desafiadores em serem mascarados dentro de casa e se recusavam a obedecer ao limite dentro do único elevador operacional (um estava fora de serviço).O gerente do hotel gritou com meus filhos por estarem na banheira de hidromassagem, embora as crianças estivessem na banheira de hidromassagem a semana toda. Quando falamos com ele, ele negou e foi incrivelmente rude sobre isso. Mais tarde naquela noite, eles fecharam a banheira de hidromassagem mais cedo, quando pedimos para falar com um gerente sobre o motivo, José, se recusou a falar conosco e disse que as horas estavam afixadas em uma placa na frente. No entanto, não conseguimos encontrar um sinal. Nós não éramos os únicos hóspedes que estavam chateados com a banheira de hidromassagem e o gerente não saía do escritório e falava com ninguém.O hotel perdeu energia uma noite e não conseguimos comida ou água naquela noite. O gerador voltou a funcionar, mas as máquinas de venda automática estavam vazias e o restaurante estava sem água e não estava funcionando. No dia seguinte, o restaurante não estava aberto e tivemos que caminhar mais de um quilômetro e meio para encontrar algum lugar com energia para conseguir comida e bebida. O concierge não tinha ideia do que estava aberto e não tinha ideia de como atender os convidados. No geral, nossa experiência foi terrível e eu nunca vou ficar em um estabelecimento Hilton para o resto da minha vida.”
