“Great guest service. My room was very comfortable and clean. Even the mattress itself was super comfy. Most important part in my opinion! There's a bar and pool table with a really nice lounge area near the lobby. Pool on the 5th floor and restaurant for your food needs. Quick walk to Hollywood Blvd. They even stored my bags for me after check out so I could walk around Hollywood a bit. Posted pics of the view from my room and of the free bike rental they offer. Had a nice stay here.”

“I recently stayed at this hotel and it was similar to a horror film. Bedbugs, cockroaches, AC not working. I am a premium elite member and have a business account with this hotel. I had bites all over my legs, found baby cockroaches on my clothing. The AC did not go below 80° in the first room I had, and instead of fixing it they kept sending the engineer up who told me it was working fine. I found a bug in my book that was identified as a bedbug. I asked the hotel to quarantine my belongings To be treated and to have the general manager call me. I never got a phone call. The room was never inspected by an exterminator. I still don't have my belongings and it's been a month. I have reached out to the hotel, the supervisor of the general manager at HG headquarters, and IHG customer service. No one has gotten back to me. They have that $10,000 worth of my belongings. Do not stay here.”
