Pesadelo absoluto! Literalmente à noite. Muito barulho vindo do quarto ao nosso lado. Não conseguia dormir uma piscadela. Quero dizer, foi uma noite difícil. Pagou um belo centavo para ficar acordado a noite toda. A música estava explodindo em decibéis completos, pessoas xingando e xingando com abandono imprudente. Quero dizer, era meu aniversário. A recepção não poderia se importar menos! Eles não se incomodaram, na verdade, ficaram incomodados por eu pedir que fizessem algo a respeito. Pensei em chamar a polícia, mas a polícia às vezes escala. Eu era atencioso quando ninguém Literalmente dava a mínima para você sabe o que... a noite toda a farsa continuou. Liguei para a recepção de manhã para tentar mudar de quarto e foi-me dito que todos os quartos tinham sido escolhidos.Eu não recomendaria este lugar simplesmente porque as coisas não estão certas, você não receberá ajuda. 0. A equipe que limpa é ótima, mas a equipe que pode garantir que o barulho seja baixo, você tem suprimentos e provisões que o local tem para fornecer, você está por conta própria. O sono é vital e este lugar não lhe dará isso. Encontre outro lugar onde você possa dormir bem e pague por isso. Lixo absoluto de um lugar!

Absolute nightmare! Literally at night. A great deal of noise emanating from the room next to us. Couldn't sleep a wink. I mean it was a rough night. Paid a pretty penny to be kept awake all night. The music was blasting at full decibels, people cursing and swearing with reckless abandon. I mean it was my anniversary.Front desk couldn't care less! They were not bothered,in fact they were bothered by my asking them to do something about it. Thought of calling the police but the police sometimes escalate. I was considerate when nobody Literally gave a flying you know what..... all night the charade went on. I called the front desk in the morning to try and switch rooms and I was told all rooms had been picked.I would not recommend this place simply because then things are not right,you will get NO help.0. The staff that cleans is great but the staff that can make sure noise is down, you have supplies and provisions that the place has to provide, you are on your own. Sleep is vital and this place will not give you that. Find elsewhere where you can sleep well and pay for that. Absolute rubbish of a place!

Eu gostaria que houvesse apenas estacionamento regular, mas considerando a área, é compreensível que eles precisem usar estacionamento com manobrista. Quarto era fantástico. Muito limpo, espaçoso. A equipe foi amigável, embora eles tivessem sido muito obviamente sobrecarregados por um grande fluxo de hóspedes (e vários veículos) chegando todos de uma vez e porque o estacionamento com manobrista disse que os hóspedes estavam descarregando tudo bem na frente das portas. O café da manhã também foi ótimo. Muita variedade

I wish there was just regular parking, but considering the area it's understandable they'd need to use valet parking. Room was fantastic. Very clean, spacious. Staff was friendly, even though they'd been very obviously overwhelmed by a large influx of guests (and multiple vehicles) arriving all at once and bc of the valet parking said guests were unloading everything right there in front of the doors. Breakfast was great as well. Lots of variety

Super local para ficar. O check-in foi muito fácil, apesar de termos chegado cedo. O serviço de manobrista foi ótimo, sem problemas para deixar ou pegar o carro, eles foram incríveis. O quarto era lindo (210) e tinha uma excelente vista do estádio. A sala era espaçosa e confortável. A área do banheiro era agradável e o chuveiro era ótimo. O café da manhã era bom e os funcionários muito simpáticos. Você está a poucos passos do parque de bolas do oriole, que também é lindo. Se estiver na cidade para um jogo de corvos, você estará a 7 minutos a pé até lá. Museu Babe Ruth a 2 minutos a pé do hotel. Túmulo e museu de Edgar Allen Poe em 4 minutos. Eu não fui à piscina ou ao centro de fitness, mas eles têm um. Ótima estadia.

Super spot to stay. Checkin was very easy even though we arrived early. Valet service was great, no issues dropping or picking up the car at all, they were awesome. The room was beautiful (210) and had a great view of the ballpark. The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom area was nice and walk in shower was great. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. You are steps from oriole’s ball park which is also beautiful. If in town for a ravens game you are a 7 minutes walk to there. Babe Ruth museum within 2 minute walk of hotel. Edgar Allen Poe grave and museum within 4 minutes. I didn’t go to the pool or fitness center but they have one. Great stay.

O processo de check-in foi muito fácil. Brittany na recepção foi incrível! muito agradável e rápido em nos fazer o check-in.O hotel era limpo e bem conservado. O quarto estava limpo e espaçoso.Localização do outro lado da rua de jardas de Camden e a uma curta caminhada da área do porto.No geral, uma experiência muito boa.

Como de costume, o Hampton Inn não deixa de proporcionar uma experiência agradável. De Nick, que nos salvou de outra caminhada ao redor do quarteirão para encontrar a entrada para John na recepção…este hotel tem uma equipe 5 estrelas. Obrigado a ambos por tudo e definitivamente escolheremos este hotel como nosso lugar em Baltimore!

As usual, Hampton Inn does not fail to provide a pleasant experience. From Nick, who saved us from another trek around the block to find the entrance to John at the front desk…this hotel has a 5 star staff. Thank you both for everything and we will definitely be choosing this hotel as our go-to place in Baltimore!

Check-in process was very easy. Brittany at the front desk was awesome! very nice and quick at getting us checked in. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was clean and spacious. Location it right across the street from Camden yards and easy walking distance to the harbor area. Overall a very good experience.

Verifiquei novamente com uma senhora diferente da recepção na terça-feira e ela verificou que a quarta-feira não estava totalmente reservada e me disse que não havia problema com o check-out tardio às 13h.Bob, atendente de estacionamento - amigável, rápido e prestativo O sensor de movimento para banheiro é colocado do lado de fora! Assim, quando você está no banheiro, as luzes podem se apagar em você! A TV fica longe e o sofá ao lado, TV montada e não pode ser virada, então fique sentado na cama longe da TV ou assistindo a TV de lado. Arrumação - muito bom, limpou bem o quarto e reabasteceu tudo. A localização é muito boa e há acesso a um passeio de ônibus gratuito pela cidade. A uma curta distância do porto.

Check-in was fast, room and bathroom was clean, bad view (power station), toilet handle was broken but usable, room was low light, good idea with motion sensor lights except for the bathroom, equipped with many USB charging on the desk, TV area and by the beds. Breakfast was good. Sunday 08/07 front desk guy - friendly, fast and helpful Monday 08/08 front desk lady - unfriendly and liar Tuesday 08/09 front desk lady - friendly, honest and helpful Wednesday 08/10 front desk lady - friendly and quick checkout I requested for late checkout and the Tuesday front desk lady lied to me that it was not possible due to the hotel fully booked. I tested booking online and the hotel was far from fully booked for Wed 08/10. Checked again with a different front desk lady on Tuesday and she verified that Wed was not fully booked and told me no problem with 1pm late checkout. Bob, parking attendant - friendly, fast and helpful The motion sensor for bathroom is placed outside! Hence, when you're in the bathroom, the lights can just go off on you! TV is far away and the sofa on the side, TV mounted and cannot be turned so either sitting on the bed far away from the TV or watching the TV sideways. Housekeeping - very good, cleaned the room well and replenished everything. Location is pretty good and there's access to free city bus tour. Walking distance to harbor.

Fui a trabalho e fiquei no final de semana. Meu quarto foi bem atualizado e muito confortável. Eu mal ouvi outros convidados. I manobrista estacionado durante a minha estadia e o pessoal com manobrista foi muito útil e forneceu tráfego e informações de fechamento da rua devido aos jogos Orioles naquele fim de semana. eu com certeza ficaria de novo.

I visited for work and stayed over the weekend. My room was nicely updated and very comfortable. I barely heard other guests. I valet parked during my stay and the valet personnel were very helpful and provided traffic and street closure information due to the Orioles games that weekend. I would definitely stay again.

Digital keys are not available at least that is the case when I checked in. There is a $150 security deposit, which you will get back after check out.

Ótima localização. Os quartos eram limpos e acima da média para o preço. O café da manhã incluído era o básico, mas bom o suficiente. Charles e John na recepção foram acolhedores e prestativos. Tivemos que estacionar um carro, mas a taxa de US$ 40/dia foi um pouco cara. No geral ótimo hotel, voltaria.

Great location. Rooms were clean and just above average for the price. Included breakfast was the basics but good enough. Charles and John at the front desk were welcoming and helpful. We had to park a car but the $40/day rate was a bit expensive. Overall great hotel, would go back.

Quando você entra no hotel pela primeira vez e há um cheiro avassalador de ambientador. Depois de entrar no quarto, ficou claro o porquê - notei imediatamente migalhas por todo o chão e um cheiro ruim no chão geral do hotel. Eu relatei para a recepção e fomos "atualizados" para uma suíte. Estava perto, mas nenhum charuto. A suíte estava extremamente empoeirada, a mesa lateral estava imunda, o espelho era nojento e até encontrei uma toalha usada pendurada no armário. O estado de ambos os quartos demonstra um claro desrespeito pela limpeza completa. Quando informamos que nosso lixo estava cheio, nos disseram para deixá-lo do lado de fora da nossa porta, que não foi recolhido até o dia seguinte, apesar de colocá-lo no início do dia. O cheiro avassalador de ambientador parece ser uma maneira de mascarar o mau cheiro da falta de manutenção. Compreensivelmente, os hotéis estão deixando de limpar os quartos todos os dias, no entanto, deve haver um padrão de pelo menos uma limpeza completa de um quarto uma vez por semana e das áreas comuns em dias alternados. Eu fiquei em outros Hampton Inns e enquanto Charles na recepção tentou o seu melhor para ajudar, esta foi de longe a minha pior experiência.

When you first walk into the hotel and there is an overwhelming smell of air freshener. After walking into the room it was clear why- I immediately noted crumbs all over the floor and a foul smell on the general hotel floor. I reported it to the front desk and we were “upgraded” to a suite. It was close but no cigar. The suite was extremely dusty, the side table was filthy, the mirror was disgusting and I even found a used towel hanging in the closet. The state of both rooms demonstrate a clear disregard for thorough cleanliness. When we reported our garbage was full we were told to leave it outside our door which was then not picked up until the next day despite putting it out early in the day. The overwhelming smell of air freshener seems to be a way to mask the foul smell of no upkeep. Understandably hotels are shifting away from cleaning rooms every day however there should be a standard of at least thoroughly cleaning a room once a week and the common areas every other day. I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns and while Charles at the front desk tried his best to assist, this was by far my worst experience.

Es un hotel que queda en una zona tranquila, las habitaciones son amplias, con muy buen aseo, servicio de parqueadero y a partir de su ubicación resulta muy fácil el desplazamiento a zonas de interés.

We are loyal to Hampton Inn/Hilton but this was by far the worst hotel we have stayed in. The room was set to 90 degrees when we entered and the sofa pillows were all over the floor. All the drawers...

Can’t begin to tell you how rude staff was. Overwhelming stink of Marijuana in the Hall all 3 nights, complained but nothing was done until I called police on 3rd day...also no self parking and only...

Awesome place to stay! I had a very great time. I look forward to seeing again in the breast future. Everything was great, good, drinks, staff,the hot was amazing and do was the pool. My bed felt...
