“We had a great experience. Originally had reservations at Curacao, but was able to reschedule here at the last minute. Thank goodness we did. This resort was wonderful. It is adult only so there were not kids running around making noise. The staff was very pleasant and everyone had a great attitude. I did not run into anyone that had an attitude. I get up early (even on vacation) and walked around the resort. Even at 7:00 am, staff is out getting everything ready for the day. The pool is cleaned every morning as well as the grounds. There is no trash left anywhere. Food and cups are constantly being picked up throughout the day. The resort is small and there were not many people (in my opinion) there (which I loved). We were able to get lounge chairs easily with no hassle as well as towels. Vendors came on site so it was easy to get souvenirs for family. The gift shop was well stocked as well. We did do a tour with Island Tours, which has a office onsite. There are many excursions to choose from if you want to leave the resort. In the event you do want to work out, the gym is well equipped to get a good workout. We did not make an appointment with the spa so I cannot comment on that. We picked a room with Club Sandals. I doubt I will do this again. I really did not find any benefit with having them. We did not order room services and was able to make reservations without them. Weather was nice. It only rained once on our trip and it was only for about 2o minutes in the morning and that was it. Plus the Club Sandals lounge is very small and can get crowded quickly. All in all, we loved the resort and will recommend and return.”
