“Stay clear of this hotel, it’s not clean, staff are rude and bedding smelt like it had not been washed for months. I asked to two additional pillows and a blanket, I got a comforter that had not been washed, it smelled disgusting and the pillows also were smelling. Did not use either of the bedding. The rooms are really mediocre sparsely furnished with bathrooms so small you are on top of the toilet trying to brush your teeth. For a Hilton it was disgusting I was expecting it to Hilton standards but I guess that standard has gone downhill quite a bit. I would rather stay at a motel than this hotel. At the room would be comfortable. There food service was also lousy. Waited 1 hour for toasted bagel and coffee. Hilton needs to up its game and ensure their properties are up to their standards. This property was old definitely needs a lot of upgrades. Not Hilton standard at all. Front staff, housekeeping and concierge are very rude and not easily available. No one picks up the phone. Don’t expect room service, it’s non existent. Stay away from this property at all costs not worth the money.”

“The hotel is quite nice. I liked my room and ocean view balcony. It was clean, well maintained and the staff was very friendly. But their beach, it's not private, which is fine, but the view is atrocious. You look at other high rise hotels. Not the ocean. You can find ocean views at the hotel, but there is a wall that completely blocks the view if you are in a lounge chair, or bars from a railing if you're on an upper level. There are no umbrellas at either of those spots.”
