“My colleagues and I had breakfast at hotel restaurant on 17th December.
We came down with food poisoning. I informed the hotel so that this would not happen to anyone else. They denied this issue and were very insulting and inconsiderate. Any other hotel in this area would be more compassionate.”

“Booked a King size bedroom but they gave me a room with two full-size beds; when I complained I was told they didn't have my room type available so we settled for the one they gave us, however, after two uncomfortable nights of two people squeezing in a full bed, we asked to be switched and they gave us a king size.. much better..
The hotel is nice, very beautiful ambiance with great restaurant options and perfect room service. Staff is kind and the hotel is centrally located.
I do have an issue with their elevators, which took forever to arrive on any given floor. Two of them were broken and it always took me a while to be able to go up or down. I even used the service elevators a couple of times.
All in all, I would recommend the hotel, but there are some kinks that definitely need to be worked out.”
